What does my registration include:
Coaching, athletic training fees, use of facility, and T-shirt*
* T-shirt is inlcuded with summer programs only.
Please include your player's correct shirt size when completing the online payment and registration.

What should my child bring:

• Completed medical release form (download PDF form)
• Cleats
• Indoor shoes
• Shin guards
• Water bottle, snacks, and sunblock
• BALL with their name on it
• Change of shirt
• Shorts
• Socks (bring extra pair along)

Will players be paired by age or ability:
Our staff will use the first day to determine the individual’s playing level and group the children appropriately for the rest of the camp. Both age and ability will be factored into the equation.

Will there be medical personnel at all times:
Yes, we will have a Certified Athletic Trainer on site for the duration of the camp.

Are there discounts available to Haverford Employees:
There is a $25 discount per child for families of Haverford employees. To receive the discount, contact Coach Bill Brady to make arrangements to pay by check, or proceed with the paid registration online and we will reimburse you at the camp.

If I have multiple children will I receive a discount:
Yes, contact Coach Brady for specifics.

What is your cancellation and refund policy:
You must contact Coach Bill Brady within 15 days** of the scheduled camp date to receive a partial refund of your player's registration fees. Those who cancel within this time-frame will receive a refund totaling the full amount paid minus a $25 cancellation fee.

**We understand that emergency situations arise and may result in a player not able to attend camp. We will do our best to accommodate these situations by providing another opportunity for that player to attend a future camp or receive a partial refund.
